Product Shipping
The products are shipped by courier and are safely delivered at the address set by you within two or three working days from the day of the order. For orders outside of Cyprus, products are shipped by courier within two to seven working days from the order confirmation.
www.ramazotti.com.cy is not liable in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure in which case the above-mentioned delivery period will be extended for as long as the reason for the delay lasts.
Shipping charges are calculated and proposed in the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documentation. The client has the possibility to choose the type of document he wishes (retail receipt or invoice), completing the corresponding field on the site.
For all orders, packaging is free of charge
Shipping charges
All shipping and packaging charges are calculated over the total amount of the purchase basket on the final payment amount.
- Shipping costs for packages in Cyprus of a total value lower than 89€ are burdened with shipping charges of 5€. Over 89€ shipping is free
- Shipping for packages destined outside of Cyprus of a total value of less than 250€ is charged with 10€ on condition Standard Shipping is selected. Over 250€ shipping is free. If you choose Express Shipping the charge is 29€
- All charges are for packages of up to 5 kilos. For orders of over 5 kilos of weight the charge is € 1 per additional kilo.
